JustDial is an Indian internet technology firm that offers local search for a variety of services in India via phone, online, and mobile apps. VSS Mani founded the company in 1996, and it is based in Mumbai, India. Justdial has offices in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, and Pune, in addition to its headquarters. Justdial had 10,984 employees in 2020, with a database of 29.4 million listings and 536,236 active paid campaigns. Reliance Retail paid 3,497 crore for a 66.95 percent share in JustDial on July 16, 2021.

In 1987, while working for a yellow pages company, VSS Mani thought of replacing yellow pages with a database of information that users could call to receive current information about local business listings. To launch his venture, Mani acquired the Mumbai landline phone number 2888-8888. After several years of seeking financial backing for his idea, Mani launched Justdial in 1996 with a seed capital of Rs. 50,000, five employees, a few rented computers, and borrowed furniture. Justdial.com, an Internet and mobile app version of the database, was established in 2007.

Justdial went public on May 20, 2013, at a price of INR 897 to INR 898.  Of the original 17.5 million shares, 13.5 million were made available to the general public, with the remaining shares being allocated to fifteen earlier investors for INR 530 each. In order to promote retail investment, Justdial committed to purchase back shares from retail investors at the IPO price if the company's stock price dropped drastically within the first six months.  The majority of fresh investments had come from overseas institutional investors by the closure of the market on the day of the IPO.
